Who is Kinema Fitness?

Kinema Fitness is a corporate wellness company that will be providing on site fitness classes and personal training at the fitness center at 1 S. Dearborn. 

 

What is included with my membership?

Access to the fitness center is FREE.  Fitness classes and personal training are extra. 

 

How much are classes?

Kinema offers one unlimited rate for all classes being offered.  $25 per month and it is a month to month agreement.  

 

What if I want to pay per class?

Unfortunately, you cannot pay per class.  Only an unlimited monthly rate.  

 

How do I sign up for personal training?

I need to change my billing information, who do I contact for that? 

You can update your information in the Mindbody website or app.

How do I cancel my monthly class fee? 

It is extremely easy, please email: 1SDearbornfitness@kinemafitness.com10 days before the end of the month to stop deductions.
